From 1988 through 1994, Hal worked with the Comedy Radio legend Bert Berdis in Los Angeles, California as a member of his creative collective where he wrote, voiced & produced commercials that garnered awards across all areas of the radio broadcast medium.

He turned his attentions and his voice toward the burgeoning worlds of Web Site Enhancement, Animation and Telephony.
