 VENUS TERZO is a Canadian actress known for a variety of roles in both live action and various cartoon series, with Transformers fans recognizing her most notably from her role as Blackarachnia on "Beast Wars" and the follow up series "Beast Machines". Additional animated roles include Jean Grey in "X-Men: Evolution", The Sorceress in "The New Adventures of He-Man", Jinx from "G.I. Joe: Valor VS Venom", and Ranma Saotome in "Ranma 1/2".
Venus is a graduate of Dawson College in Montreal, Professional Actors Program and speaks four different languages including English, French, Italian, and some Greek.
Venus has also starred as Detective Angela Kosmo on the CBC drama "Da Vinci's Inquest" and its spinoff, "Da Vinci's City Hall", winning a Leo award for Best Performance by a Female in a Dramatic Series in the episode "Final Chapter". Venus was also nominated in 2002 for a Gemini Award for 'Best Performance by an Actress in a continuing Leading Dramatic Role' for her work on the first series.
Venus can currently be seen on the new Fox television series "Minority Report" as Chief Mona Dietrich.
